TigerGaming Review

TigerGaming has been strutting its stuff out there in the big, bad jungle of online betting since 1999. With a sleek design and well-built website, it is easy to see why the website has been enjoying popularity among betting enthusiasts around the world since then. From the outset, the interface is eye-catching with its unsurprising color scheme of orange, black, and white, just like a Bengal tiger.

Of course, aesthetics and fancy color schemes are not going to be enough to capture the imagination of seasoned players. When reviewing a betting site, I would like to see a bit more bite. What I did find was a lot of promise and a site that certainly aims to deliver. From sports betting to live betting, poker, casino, and even financials, TigerGaming is certainly aiming to offer a lot more to players than the bare bones.

Within a few minutes of trawling through the site, I was able to ascertain that TigerGaming has the function to allow 24-hour withdrawals. Pretty impressive, it must be said. Before getting too carried away, however, let’s take a look at my review of TigerGaming.

Device Compatibility : iOS Android

TigerGaming Overall Experience

Despite a few snags encountered when navigating the site, TigerGaming is a user-friendly and everything does seem to fit in the right places. As mentioned above, it appears that there is a bit of work to do on the website before it can be considered among the best betting sites out there, but it is far from the worst that I have ever encountered.

As a player, I was met with a nice array of options when it comes to sports to bet on, although I was disappointed that the sportsbook was not comprehensive enough to satisfy me. I would prefer to see a lot more work done on the number of sports and markets that TigerGaming currently has before I would go out of my way to recommend the site to friends and family.

TigerGaming is one of those sites that is not dreadful, yet is not really that special. With some attention and care, the potential for this betting site is actually pretty promising. I can see what they are trying to do (especially in appealing to a wider market), but they just do not have enough to justify themselves as a big player. Yet.

That being said, the site would probably be sufficient enough to appeal to novice and intermediate betting enthusiasts. Experts will probably find one too many holes in the site as it stands. What really stands out to me is that TigerGaming is probably juggling too many balls with a broken hand and needs to focus on what it does best – and remove the excess clutter – to improve.

What We Like About TigerGaming

I am a sucker for a site that is easy to navigate. You can’t take it away from TigerGaming: they do have a site that is well designed. It is also attractive without being over the top. Imagine a little bit of eyeshadow and subtle lipstick over being shot point-blank range, with Homer Simpson’s ingenious “makeup gun.” Subtlety is good sometimes, especially if you just want to get down to business.

Bonuses

While I am never the first person to judge the credibility or prowess of a site on the bonuses offered, even I have to admit that TigerGaming does have some awesome bonuses available. What’s even better is that these bonuses are widespread across the sportsbook, casino, and poker categories on the site, meaning that everyone should find something for them.

Poker

The poker section is one of the best things to rave about. It is busy and looks pretty good, making it a worthy destination for those that enjoy a few games every now and again. There are some attractive perks and freerolls that should be looked at if you are a poker fan.

A Solid Sportsbook

When it comes to the sports that they do cater to, there are a fair number of decent bets available. What I look for I a strong betting site is variety and this applies to the bets and markets available to betting enthusiasts of all shapes and sizes. You can say that, especially on football and soccer, TigerGaming has a nice range of markets available for a wager or two.

What Could They Do Better?

OK, there are a decent number of banking options available. The site seems to want players to use E-Wallets and cryptocurrencies, given the nice withdrawal times available to players who don’t use cards or transfers. However, what I want – and I am sure you will want, too – is no fees on deposits and fast withdrawal times, regardless of the type of banking method we use. Is that too much to ask? I’m not sure that it is.

A Redesign of the Site

The glaring problem with the site itself is that it needs a lot of attention in certain areas. There are options listed on the sportsbook that are “grayed out” and this does not inspire excitement. The live casino games available are also limited and the design of this particular part of the site could do with a makeover.

Modernize the Interface

While the interface is nice and simple, I did find it sometimes slow and clunky when navigating from option to option. However, if you favor a big, bright and aesthetically brilliant website design, you might be a little disappointed with how basic TigerGaming keeps things.

Provide Esports and Skill Games Options

Esports fans will be disappointed to learn that TigerGaming offers nothing for them. These days, the majority of the larger betting sites on the planet will cater to Esports tournaments and this is another area where the site flatters to deceive. Likewise, fans of skill games should probably look elsewhere, as there is nothing for them at TigerGaming.

Sports TigerGaming is Best Suited For

One thing I was keen to find when playing at TigerGaming was if there were any particular sports that the site was best suited to. From time to time, betting sites like TigerGaming pay particular attention to certain sports and it can often be a good idea to see what value they can offer.

The sports below tend to be the best ones to bet on at TigerGaming, especially when it comes to the live betting feature the site offers.

Basketball

I was immediately impressed by TigerGaming’s coverage of basketball markets. Not only is the sportsbook focused on NBA, but it also covers various other basketball leagues across the globe, from Poland to the Philippines. There are a nice number of markets available on games, and the moneyline bets on some of the smaller leagues are certainly worthy of mention.

While the odds and markets at TigerGaming are, for the most part, the average for the industry, I did find a couple that stood out as valuable bets. You can bet the spread on full games and on individual quarters, too, which is nice. Also, the Over/Under and Specials on games make for a decent number of bets to those who want to avoid the moneyline.

Soccer

Once again, I was impressed with the soccer coverage here. TigerGaming clearly cares a lot about providing options to soccer punters and this was evident by the huge amount of markets available to be bet on. You can place bets on many leagues around the world, from the English Premier League to the League of Ireland. I found the odds to be slightly above those of a couple of well-known North American sportsbooks, too.

If you are a keen soccer bettor, I would certainly recommend trying TigerGaming for this purpose. The range of markets and bets available vary from moneyline to the spread, all the way down to prop bets. For an American-based sportsbook, this is impressive and there is scope to find something here that will be attractive to most soccer betting enthusiasts.

Football

As with basketball and soccer, I found TigerGaming to be fairly sweet when it comes to football bets, too. There are two main leagues covered, the NFL and NCAA, but there is also an NFL Alt-Line section that allows bettors to try something a little different. You will not find the same level of comprehensive markets as you will with basketball and soccer, but there are certainly some sweet bets to be had.

Special Bets/Props

This was a section that I was really intrigued to find. Contained in this section are a variety of bets ranging from auto racing, wrestling, football, soccer futures, and entertainment. There are some pretty interesting odds on many of these bets, and I have to admit I was surprised to find some good value in some of the more obscure markets.

If you are a betting enthusiast who likes something different, you could do worse than to try your hand at some of these bets.

Betting Limits

Big spenders and high rollers will probably be somewhat disappointed when it comes to the betting limits on the site. In short, the limits are pretty restrictive and this is something that I would not expect from any site that has ambitions of being considered one of the best in the world.

For example:

  • Basketball
    Spread – $10000
    Moneyline – $5000
    Totals – $5000
  • Football (NFL)
    Spread – $25000
    Moneyline – $15000
    Totals – $15000
  • Soccer
    Spread – $1000
    Moneyline – $1000
    Totals – $1000
  • Boxing (Major Bouts)
    Moneyline – $1000
    Totals – $500

Will You Enjoy Betting at This Site?

I am certain that you will enjoy betting with TigerGaming. There are a lot of positives on the site, even if it seems like a few tweaks and adjustments are necessary to make it what it should be. There is a good range of odds and markets when it comes to particular sports, but overall, the sportsbook is pretty small. If you are new to betting, this may not be the end of the world, but if you are a seasoned player, it might bug you.

I wasn’t greatly impressed with the range of casino games available to players, but the poker section is certainly a big positive. With daily freerolls and nice bonuses, players will likely find something to interest them at TigerGaming.

When it comes to bonuses in general, there are many to capture the imagination. Not everything comes down to how much you can get for free, but it is always nice to know that a site goes out of its way to provide a few perks and benefits for new players and existing customers.

Bonuses and Promotions

TigerGaming certainly roars aloud when it comes to bonuses and promotions. While most betting sites tend to focus on hooking new players in with big offers, TigerGaming provides a nice range of existing customer bonuses, too.

100% Sports Welcome Bonus

One thing you can be certain of when it comes to TigerGaming is that the welcome bonus is pretty meaty. By depositing $50 or more, a new player will receive double cash of 100% up to $1000.

In order to avail of this awesome bonus, simply enter the bonus code TG1000 when registering for an account and your bonus will be added to your bankroll.

Risk-Free Sports Bet

TigerGaming has you covered on your first sports bet. If your first bet wins, happy days! If your first bet is a loser, you can email the team at support@tigergaming.com to let them know. Make sure you put “Risk Free Sports Bet” in the title of the email and add your account number and the ticket number of your sports bet in the body of the email.

Once your email has been processed, TigerGaming will reimburse your initial bet as a free bet, up to the value of $25.

Deposit Methods

Now, as previously mentioned, the range of deposit methods are not terrible at TigerGaming. However, the fees and transaction times do leave a lot to be desired. TigerGaming is not the greatest betting site out there when it comes to slapping fees on those simply looking to add some funds. It is disappointing to know that, in 2024, sites are still charging fees for the privilege of betting on sports.

You can find most of the information you need on deposit methods on the TigerGaming “Cashier” page. While there is a little bit of gray area on withdrawal times for cards, feel free to discuss anything you are unsure of with the team on the live chat feature.

Deposit Options

  • Bitcoin
  • Ethereum
  • Litecoin
  • Dash
  • Bitcoin Cash
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Skrill
  • Neteller
  • EcoPayz
  • Wire Transfer

Withdrawal Methods

As previously mentioned, the withdrawal process when it comes to cards is pretty unclear with TigerGaming. This is a little disappointing. There is a pending period of 24-72 hours prior to a cash out request being processed, but the company is not 100% on how long it takes for the money to arrive in your account. As such, always check with customer service and support if you have any questions regarding withdrawals.

Those of you that use E-Wallets and cryptos should benefit from a faster turnaround time of 24 hours.

Withdrawal Options

  • Bitcoin
  • Litecoin
  • iDebit
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Entropay
  • EcoPayz
  • Skrill
  • Neteller
  • Bank Wire Transfer

Level of Customer Service

While TigerGaming does not have a dedicated telephone number, there are alternative ways to get a hold of the customer service and support team. I found the live chat option to be the fastest way to speak to staff. The team appeared to be friendly and knowledgeable and answered most of my queries clearly and efficiently.

FAQs

While the site does say that there is a FAQs section, I spent some time looking for one and could not find it. It appears that this is a work in progress.

Live Chat

You can contact TigerGaming by using the live chat function. You do need to be logged into the site before you can access this option, however.

Email

You can contact TigerGaming by emailing them at support@TigerGaming.com.

More Than a Sportsbook?

TigerGaming is certainly more than just a sportsbook. While the company has clearly put some effort into making their sports betting options as varied as they can be, their poker section is definitely worthy of checking out. As mentioned previously, there are plenty of games and tournaments to satisfy poker enthusiasts and a few bonuses and offers to tempt you into playing.

The casino and online casino features a decent amount of games, many from the respected development team over at Rival Gaming. Although many of the slots verge on the obscure – and are mostly rehashes of more famous and established titles – there is enough to keep slots fans entertained for a while. If you enjoy the odd spin of the reels, there is a chance that you will find a new favorite within TigerGaming’s category of 3-reel, 5-reel, and video slots.

Another interesting feature of TigerGaming is the Financials bets that they offer. Now, not everyone that has played a few slots or placed the odd sports bet should feel comfortable enough betting on these markets, as there is a lot to them. In essence, TigerGaming allows players to predict the movement of stocks, currencies, commodities, and cryptocurrencies.

If Financials are your bag – and you understand how to bet on them – by all means, give it a shot. If you don’t know the difference between a pip and a point, it might be a better idea to leave them alone until you do.

While there are a few different things going on at TigerGaming, there is no doubt that the site does best with its sportsbook. This is where the focus should be placed, and quite rightly. No, it’s not the greatest sportsbook on the planet but it does have its charms. Check it out and see for yourself!

Should You Choose Another Sportsbook?

I would be inclined to compare TigerGaming to a fledgling cub rather than a fully-formed, confident beast. There are things about the site that stand out – such as the attention paid to obscure markets and the decent betting odds – but the shortcomings and lack of real development in other areas like Esports and their overall sports coverage let it down.

When we consider other betting sites like Bovada and BetOnline, things don’t look great for TigerGaming. Those two sites tend to have a little more when it comes to offering any sports betting fan diversity and options. While I was impressed with a lot of TigerGaming’s work, I do believe that they have some way to go before they can match Bovada and would recommend the latter as a smart choice.

Final Thoughts

TigerGaming is a site that promises a lot – and delivers is fair share – but really needs to step up to the plate before it can challenge the bigger names out there. With a fairly impressive (but slightly limited) sportsbook, I was expecting more from the casino. While there is work to be done there – especially with the live casino – their poker site is pretty cool and definitely worthy of a shout.

No site that charges fees on card transactions and is not 100% transparent on withdrawal times will ever please everyone, but the good news is that E-Wallets are subject to a 24-hour turnaround time on withdrawals, which is nice. Even if there are a few things in need of a shakeup at TigerGaming, I did find the site easy to use and quite charming.

I believe that, in time, TigerGaming can put itself among the bigger players in the pack. There is massive potential for the site to establish itself as a favorite among many players. With a few minor adjustments, we could be looking at something to really get our teeth stuck into.
