The Sacramento Kings return to the AT&T Center on Wednesday night where they look to repeat their win against the San Antonio Spurs.

Meanwhile, San Antonio has dropped five out of its last six outings with the defeat. The Spurs are just 1-1 in their current six-game homestand.

In their last outing, the Kings defeated the Spurs 132-115 at the AT&T Center. De’Aaron Fox led the way with 24 points while Richaun Holmes posted a double-double with 23 points and 12 rebounds. Buddy Hield also scored 20 points in a game where the Kings’ starters scored at least 14 points each.
Sacramento is the 7th best scoring team in the league at 115.1 points per game while allowing the second-most points per game at 119.0 per contest. The Kings are 27th in rebounding at 42.5 boards grabbed per contest and 11th in passing at 25.8 assists per contest.

I just don’t understand why the Kings are the underdogs here. Sacramento has the momentum and I don’t think the Spurs can make the right adjustments in such a short period of time. San Antonio is just 1-4 in this current homestand. It will be 1-5 after Wednesday.

Head to head, the Kings are 7-1 ATS in their last eight games played. Sacramento is also 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings in San Antonio.
The Kings are playing exceptionally well right now while the Spurs have been on a skid. Sacramento won easily when these teams played last Monday and it’s a surprise why the oddsmakers have put the Spurs as favorites here, especially since San Antonio is just 11-14 at home this season. With De’Aaron Fox scoring over 30 points per game while shooting 53% from the floor in his last 10 games played, and San Antonio’s defense allowing four points more than their season average in their last 10 assignments, I think Sacramento wins a second straight game against the Spurs.
